SHREERAM Trolley Mounted Bitumen Sprayer is a most ideal machine for applying tack coating of molten bitumen by a hand operated spray gun during construction and maintenance of bituminous roads. Complete machine is mounted on a steel fabricated single chassis and fitted with 4 nos of pneumatic wheels for towing purpose. The main components of the machine are bitumen tank fitted with internal fire tube, bitumen pump unit, diesel engine with clutch unit, burner, air blower, fuel cum flush tank, bitumen drum lifting arrangement and hand operated spraying unit.
