SHREERAM Mobile Mini Hot Mix Plant is an all in one type compact designed machine mounted on single chassis and fitted with 4 nos of pneumatic wheels. It produces homogeneous mix of hot aggregate and molten bitumen in batches at equal intervals.The chassis is fitted with drawbar for towing the machine from one place to another place by tractor or by any other similar power. It is a most ideal and best suited machine for construction and maintenance of rural roads.

Standard Assemblies of Mobile Mini Hot Mix Plant (HMP)
Chassis : It is a single design chassis fabricated from steel structures fitted 4 pneumatic
wheels and towing arrangement.
Dryer drum : Accurately fabricated from steel plates , fitted with receiving and discharge
rings at its ends which is mounted on chassis through 2 sets of tie ring and roller arrangement.
Power pack : : It consists of engine, hand operated engage-disengage position clutch unit and reduction gearbox.
Bucket elevator : A chain mounted bucket elevator is provided to lift and feed the aggregate into feeding ring of dryer drum through feeding chute.
Bitumen tank : The bitumen tank fitted with internal fire tube with exhaust pipe is mounted to the chassis with a suitable opening at top for pouring the bitumen from barrel into the tank.
Bitumen pump : A positive displacement gear pump is fitted at bottom of the bitumen tank for supplying molten bitumen to pug mill.
Batching chute : The batching chute is fitted at discharge end of the dryer drum to collect and hold one batch of hot aggregate during the batch interval. A hand operated lever is provided for opening and closing of aggregate receiving and discharge gate of the batching chute.
Bitumen tilting pot : A calibrated pot is fitted by side of the pug mill to collect the measured quantity of molten bitumen and to pour the same into the pug mill.
Pug mill : A twin shaft designed pug mill fitted with set of mixing arms produces a homogeneous mix of hot aggregate and molten bitumen in batches at equal intervals. The discharge gate with a hand operated lever is provided at bottom of the pug mill.
Burners : Two burners, one for heating the aggregate is fitted to dryer drum and other for heating the bitumen is fitted to the bitumen tank .Air blower is used to supply the adequate amount of air for optimum burning of the burners.
